Mental fitness is the training of the mind, just like strength, speed, and endurance training the body.
In this course, coaches and recreation leaders will learn how to train the Big 4 Mental Muscle Groups, why they matter in sport, and how small daily practices build confidence, resilience, focus, and sportsmanship, on and off the field.
